Requesting Activity Assistance From our President:I am asking for your assistance in a matter that has been brought to my attention by several Activity Chairmen.
It is wonderful having so many activities available for us to all sign up for and participate in. All of our lives are rich and full and sometimes for reasons beyond our control we are unable to participate in the things we have signed up for. I am asking you if this happens to please call someone, either the Chairperson, a friend who is also going or even the Hostess of the activity to let them know your status. Many times extra food or drink is prepared, tables set up or for the activities that meet in various parking areas for car pooling, people are waiting for your arrival to provide you with a ride.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated by myself, the Activity Chairs and the Hostess’. Please enjoy all the wonderful activities this Club has to offer and when you get a chance please thank the Chairman and Hostess’ that make all of these possible. I know they would appreciate your support. They do such a great job for all of us. |
