Everyone who attends this activity is asked to bring a heart-healthy, low-fat, nutritious dish to share. If a favorite recipe calls for butter, eggs, and sugar, try substituting something else or lessening an ingredient to bring the recipe in line with a Healthy Eating philosophy. Attendees are asked to bring copies of their recipe to share. |
